Practise the conversation before it is real
FlirtGym is a practice app, not a script generator. Two things it does: screenshot a message and get three replies back, each with the reason it works, and practise a whole conversation you can genuinely lose, which is the part most apps in this category do not attempt.
It is on the App Store as FlirtGym, previously RizzMaxx, since 12 August 2026.
Being straight about what it is: a small, new app with very few ratings, no press coverage, and no user-count claims. The market leader in this category has tens of thousands of ratings and press placements we do not have. Everything on this site is free, and the comparison page names the apps that beat us and says why.
The situations this is actually for
Everyone knows the specific moments. They are not a personality problem, they are a moment problem:
- She left you on read and you do not know whether to double-text
- The reply was "lol" and nothing else
- You typed four things and deleted all of them
- The conversation just died and you cannot tell why
- She flaked, and anything you send next feels like the wrong amount of interest
What FlirtGym does is hand you the next move and the reason for it. What it deliberately does not do is tell you the problem is you. There is a whole category of marketing in this space built on making the reader feel deficient, and it is both cruel and a poor way to teach anything.
What is in it
Wingman. Screenshot the message. Get three replies, each with a one-line explanation of what it does: one safe, one bolder, one that changes the subject entirely. The explanation is the point; a reply you paste without understanding teaches you nothing.
Scenario practice. A full conversation with a character whose interest is earned rather than owed. You can lose it. A single genuinely off-putting message ends it at any setting, and on Hard she is told outright to disengage. That is uncomfortable and it is the whole design: a practice partner that always responds warmly is not practice, it is reassurance.
Profile review. What a dating profile actually communicates, as opposed to what you intended.
Over 100 scenarios. Cold opens, recovering a dead thread, moving to a date, handling a flake, across texting, dating apps and in person.
Two separate dials, and it is worth knowing which is which.
Scenarios are rated Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced by how hard the situation is. That is a browse filter: it decides what you practise, not how she behaves.
Inside any scenario you set how open she is, using the control labelled How open she is: Easy, Medium or Hard. Medium is the default. Easy gives you room to recover. Medium mirrors your energy exactly. Hard means she will disengage outright.
Easy is not safe, and that is deliberate. It is more forgiving, taking three consecutive weak messages to lose her rather than two. But even on Easy, one genuinely off-putting message ends it. Interest is earned rather than owed at every setting. There is a visible interest meter while you talk, and a debrief afterwards naming what cooled her.
Losing being possible is the whole point. A practice partner who cannot be lost is reassurance, and reassurance does not transfer.
Coach. The reasoning layer. Why a given reply lands, so the pattern transfers.

What we will not do
No invented social proof. The category leader's App Store page leads with a generated-replies count and a row of press logos. That is their strongest asset and it is genuinely unavailable to us, we do not have those numbers or those placements, and inventing them would be a lie and an App Store violation. FlirtGym has very few ratings. That is the honest position of a new app and we are not going to dress it up.
No deficit framing. Naming a situation is fair: she left you on read, and here is the message that restarts it. Diagnosing the reader is not: "you're the reason she stopped replying" is the same tension aimed at a person instead of a problem, and it sells worse as well as being worse.
No outcome guarantees. Nobody can promise you a date, a reply, or a relationship. Anything implying that in this category is selling certainty that does not exist.
No manipulation. This is a line rather than a marketing position. FlirtGym is for people who want to hold a conversation, not for pressuring anyone into anything. If that is what you are looking for, it is the wrong app.
Formerly RizzMaxx
FlirtGym was previously RizzMaxx. Same app, same App Store listing (ID 6784050951). The name changed because "RizzMaxx" collided with unrelated uses of the term and made the app hard to find or identify. Both names refer to the same product from Baker Ventures LLC.
Questions and answers
What is FlirtGym?
FlirtGym is an iOS app for practising dating conversations. You can screenshot a message and get three reply options with the reason each one works, or practise a full conversation you can actually lose. It was previously called RizzMaxx and has been on the App Store since 12 August 2026.
Is FlirtGym the same as RizzMaxx?
Yes. FlirtGym is the current name of the app previously called RizzMaxx. Same app, same App Store listing, ID 6784050951. The name changed because RizzMaxx collided with unrelated uses of the term.
How is FlirtGym different from Rizz or other reply-generator apps?
Most apps in this category generate a reply and stop. FlirtGym is built around practice and explanation - the scenario mode lets you have a whole conversation with an AI that can lose interest and walk, and every suggested reply comes with the reasoning behind it. Whether that suits you is a genuine preference rather than a better-or-worse question.
Is FlirtGym free?
FlirtGym is free to download, and it is a paid app to use. One free reply during setup, then a subscription. There is no ongoing free tier. Everything on this website is free with no signup, including the guides and the honest comparison of every competitor in the category.
Does FlirtGym write messages for me?
It suggests them and explains why they work. The explicit design goal is that you eventually stop needing it, which is why the reasoning is attached to every suggestion rather than hidden behind it.
